The time is upon us where lots is going on with the festive period. If your feeling the pressure abit try this practice. It will help you become emotionally balanced. Drink a glass of water before you begin.
Start to become more aware of your thoughts, and the sensations in your body when you start to feel stressed in your daily life.
Is the mind easily distracted? does the breath become shallow? you feel irritable maybe… and the like. When you recognise this, grab yourself a few minutes in the bathroom and try this breathing. I was really pissed off this morning, 😂 after this meditation, I felt as light as a butterfly 💗 🦋 for real.
