Kundalini Teacher Training Level One

Level One Teacher Training in Northeast England.

Sat Nam,

I am looking to bring Kundalini Level One teacher training to the Northeast, this isn’t just suitable for those who would like the opportunity to become a teacher, its a perfect opportunity for those who love Kundalini to deepen their practice and knowledge, or a weekend retreat away. But if you felt the calling to spread the light, you have the skills!

The first 4 days is 9th-12th November 2018 the second 4 days is 30th November – 3rd December2018. There will be a series of weekends to follow in 2019 (dates not confirmed yet).

Here is some information below, if you know anyone who would be interested please pass on my details. Places are limited.

Main Topics of the Training

The Aquarian Age; Sadhana (Daily practise); The Science of Sound; The Student/Teacher Relationship; Teaching a Kundalini Yoga Class; Postures; Yogic Lifestyle; The Art of Conscious Breathing; Mind and Meditation; Spiritual Anatomy; Western Anatomy; Yogic Philosophy; The Ten Facets/Virtues of a Human Being.

A Typical Day on the Training

The day is divided up into four main parts separated by breakfast, lunch and dinner. To begin the day we come together at 5am for our morning practise. This is comprised of the following: a prayer, a kriya (exercises); relaxation; 62 minutes of singing meditation with live music.

After breakfast and lunch there are modules and then a shorter session after dinner. Additionally, there are breaks throughout the day as well as some physical yoga practise.

BE THE LIGHT! This world needs you.
